Description We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team in Wakefield, Massachusetts, United States. This role is essential to our financial operations, with responsibilities including maintaining accurate customer credit records, processing credit applications, and managing delinquent payments. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing your expertise in account reconciliation, invoice processing, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently processing customer credit applications

• Maintaining detailed customer credit records

• Resolving customer credit inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Monitoring customer credit accounts regularly

• Taking necessary actions to collect delinquent payments

• Performing account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of records

• Processing invoices and managing accounts payable and receivable

• Utilizing software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks

• Performing data entry tasks with high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing systems and procedures

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks with accuracy and speed

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial data management

• Experience in Oracle financial software for financial data and control system

• Knowledge of QuickBooks for managing sales, expenses and keeping track of daily transactions

• Experience with SAP for managing business operations and customer relations.
