THE ROLE

Vibee is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Financial Analyst. This position will serve to support and oversee financial operations within the company, aggregating data points and financial reports, managing accounts payables and receivables in tandem with department head, and corporate finance teams, ensure financial rules and processes of company are followed, prepare reconciliations, amongst other related tasks. This is a remote position but must be located in CA, AZ or NV.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and update internal financial reporting documents

  • Facilitate financial chargebacks and payment processor disputes, including collaborating with Fan Experience team on customer communication

  • Partner with Director, Operational Finance to:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable

  • Review and ensure proper coding of reimbursements

  • Prepare event budgets and verify adherence to purchase order and internal approvals

  • Identify and address account discrepancies, and support on the resolution of variances

  • Support event production team with vendor onboarding, quote approvals, and invoice processing

  • Collaborate with corporate finance on invoice creation, as well as invoices through our payment processing system

  • Management of event group orders

  • Support on inventory management of hotel and tickets with associated departments

  • Partner with Director, Operational Finance, develop and implement internal financial policies, systems, and procedures

  • Coordinate the financial planning and budget process, including scheduling of advance and post-event financial reviews with associated departments

  • Identify discrepancies from plan / forecast to actual results, and areas for future attention

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports

  • Undertake other related duties as requested by the Director, Operational Finance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience as a financial administrator or similar position

  • Understanding of financial and accounting standards

  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as Google Sheets and Docs (certification in Excel would be considered an asset)

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels

  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and critical thinking skills with a creative approach to problem solving

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to changes in a rapidly evolving environment

  • Strong ability to manage many projects simultaneously

  • Flexible and reliable team player both with the department and within the organization as a whole

  • Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines

  • Must be willing to travel as required both domestically and abroad, if required

  • Must have a current passport and be able to travel worldwide without restriction

Hiring Salary Range for Nevada and Arizona: $65 ,000.00 - $ 75,000.00 USD

Hiring Salary Range for California: $66 ,560.00 - $80 ,000.00 USD
