Salary:

$4,617.67 - $7,025.91 per month commensurate with experience.

Job Description Summary:

Under the direction of the Deputy Chief Investment Officer, the Financial Analyst II is responsible for providing analytical support in the management of the A&M System banking and investment programs.

Responsibilities:- Assist with the banking and investment reporting; reviewing and reconciling data and reports from banks and investment managers; monitor compliance, tracking activity, performance, and fees; and complete tasks related to investment operations. - Provide centralized banking and cash management services and support to the A&M System and its members, administration of banking services, and resolution of issues related to these tasks. - Assist with general departmental tasks, including but not limited to bank deposits, filing, and record retention. - Assist with the preparation of the banking and investment notes for the annual financial report and other reports as required. - Assist with the management of the A&M System merchant card program and the annual self-assessment process for merchant accounts as necessary. - Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.- Three years in accounting, finance and/or financial analysis.

  • Experience with spreadsheet and word processing software.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to analyze and summarize financial information in a clear, concise manner.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
