Amazon Technical CS Associate - Beta Support, Blink in Virtual Location - Florida, Florida
Description
The beta support team is a skilled, customer obsessed, support team that helps provide technical support to internal and external customer testing new products and features for Blink. When a customer needs technical support we dive deep and find ways to troubleshoot new products and report any issues to engineering so that we can release the best product we can for our customers. We are looking for exceptionally talented, bright and driven people to help support the role out of these new products.
Key job responsibilities
During Beta projects you will
Assist testers who are encountering issues with new products and or features
Identifying root-causes of tester issues, areas for improvement and providing valuable feedback to business and development teams
Outside of Beta projects you will
Address customer concerns
Provide a high level of technical support to customers

Basic Qualifications
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
2+ years of technical customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of customer service experience
Bilingual
