System One Medical Data Entry Clerk in Tulsa, Oklahoma

System One has partnered with a well-established medical clinic in Tulsa in their search for a Data Entry Clerk to join their team of highly skilled individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and post incoming patient and insurance payments, ensuring payments are secured until posted.

  • Balance daily business activities and close out daily receipts for deposit.

  • Enter surgery and clinic charges on a daily basis.

  • Generate necessary reports.

  • Other duties as required.

    Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a medical practice is required.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Must possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.

  • Must be computer literate.

  • NextGen experience preferred.
