The Coordinator Senior performs a variety of duties related to the support of Academic Support Networks (ASN) Writing and Graduate Writing Centers. This position works collaboratively with a cross-campus workgroup and campus-specific team to provide direct supervision to assigned student staff, including but not limited to hiring, training, and evaluating student staff and managing schedules. This position will also assist in the delivery of training content for ASNs student staff, as well as in designing and presenting writing workshop content. This position may supervise assigned Program Aide(s) as needed for the program.\ \ This position is also responsible for assisting in the deployment of ASNs 24/7 learning support model. This position will support student staff involvement in ASN\'s 24/7 platform. This position participates in Work+ training for professional staff, mentors ASNs working learners in Work+, and assists in the evaluation of ASNs working learners according to Work+ guidelines. This position will be under the direct supervision of the Program Manager of ASNs Writing Center and Graduate Writing Center.
