Functional Description:

• Conduct ongoing quantitative analyses of all financial information affecting the NAVAIR portfolio investment program.
• Proficient in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP), Funds Allocation/Appropriation Types and constraints with regard to and the Planning Programing and Budgeting Execution System (PPBE) construct

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description, with those years demonstrating experience with NERP and PPBE System.
• Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) tool proficiency is required.

Education:

BA/BS degreeorsupplemental work experience performing duties described in the labor category can be substituted for a bachelors degree.
