Job Summary: This position will process all property and maintenance inspections. Will be responsible to keep all documentation up-to-date and record in CRM. Assist with annual inspections of owned and leased properties taking into consideration the safety and maintenance needs of both the buildings and the clients. Assist the Property team in identifying contractors, obtaining competing bids for capital projects. Record and maintain property records in CRM and Grants and Contracts in SharePoint. Job Requirements: Associate's degree or equivalent work/life experience required. Two to three years of experience with project management and providing support to senior leaders required. Two years of related experience in general accounting preferred. Two years of construction knowledge preferred. Strong technical, computer and analytical skills. Customer service experience preferred. Strong knowledge and proficient with Microsoft-Office (word, excel, publisher and power point) required Data entry skills background preferred. Ability to work autonomously, promote teamwork and collaboration. Ability to be flexible, prioritize, make decisions and strong attention to detail. Ability to operate office equipment such as multi-purpose printer/copiers, other printer job equipment, computers, calculators. Understanding of HIPAA laws and regulations. Driver's license and current vehicle insurance required. Willingness to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as they arise.
