Adecco US, Inc. Financial Analyst in Santa Clara, California

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Financial Analyst with a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is based upon experience from $75/hr - $84/hr.

Duties:

· This role under the Display Segment will support driving analytics and reporting.

· The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable with working on both strategic initiatives, such as enhancing financial reporting capabilities, and with deliverables related to regular business cycles.

· This person will help summarize the data related to market trends and drivers, competitors, business unit financials.

· This person will proactively work with key business partners across the companys finance organization to understand and help further develop reports and processes that are both efficient and can scale with the companys growth.

· This position will involve analyzing and developing content for Executive Management, Product groups, Investor Relations, and Corporate.

· The right individual will have a strong work ethic and desire to continuously learn while using their skillsets and findings to extend/enhance the financial reporting processes as well as analyses.

· Manage assigned FP&A & Core Business reporting and analysis deliverables in an effective and efficient way

· Drive change in the financial processes of the Display segment: Improve usage of SAP and related systems across Display finance plus develop & own KPI dashboard and internal financial reporting tools.

· Partner with GIS and with other business areas to enable implementation of new reporting systems and processes

· Lead analysis on OPEX portfolio management; Provide financial modeling, analysis, and valuation support for acquisitions and ad-hoc projects and partake in investor relations activities, including board and investor updates

· Participate in the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. used to drive key business decisions

· Implement new business reports within the established reporting framework, policies and procedures.

· Trains and supports end users on accessing of reports.

· Analyzes and interprets data and business intelligence reports.

· Extracts financial & statistical data from various information systems and other sources.

Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business-related degree

· Strong analytical & financial modeling skills

· Experience in business intelligence & data visualization technologies, tools & concepts such as Python scripting, Tableau, Power BI etc.

· 4-7 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with attention to detail and ability to think clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams plus a curiosity to learn the business & improve upon existing processes

· Business Acumen - business/financial concepts, processes and practices for sound decisions

· Business Partnering - creating a real and active partnership with both operations and management.

· Provide 'real time' support and analysis to add value in decision making

· Data Analytics - data analysis tools to sort through and analyze data to identify factors impacting performance and to gain greater insight into trends

· Data Gathering/Reporting - tools, techniques and processes for gathering/reporting data for measuring business results, objectives & strategies

· Financial Forecasting & Modeling - processes, tools, and techniques for exploring and evaluating alternative financial scenarios and results

· Flexibility & Adaptability - approaches, tools, and techniques for dealing with a changing environment

· Influencing - ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization

· Initiative - self-motivation, ability and drive to seek out work and accomplish goals

Pay Details: $75.00 to $84.00 per hour
