Description

Robert Half has partnered with a law firm located in Seattle, WA that is in search of a fully remote Contract Trial Attorney to join their team. This individual will be responsible for Document Review, Legal Research, Drafting Motions, and supporting associates and partners on the case.

Responsibilities

• Handle backend work such as motion writing, document review, and legal research

• Collaborate with at least one partner and one associate on every case

• Leverage knowledge in areas like bankruptcy, insurance, draft motions, and interrogatories

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as an Attorney and be licensed in any US state in active and good standing (Preference will be given to candidates licensed in CA, OR, or WA).

• Experience in dealing with Bankruptcy cases is required.

• Understanding of Insurance is necessary.

• Must be able to Draft Motions.

• Familiarity with Interrogatories is essential.

• Proficiency in Document Review is required.

• Must be capable of conducting Legal Research.
