Looking for a skilled building maintenance specialist to perform upkeep tasks and repairs. This is a multi-trade position. This person would be required to keep building running smoothly. Fix everything from roofs to doors, to windows, and floors. Also maintain specialized high value equipment. Must be able to follow local and state building codes. Must comply with all company safety procedures. Tasks to be performed are not limited to:

• Plumbing
• Electricity
• Repair fixtures and equipment
• Home appliance
• Respond to emergency maintenance
