Overview
Manage a portfolio of programs for the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Belonging including recruitment, implementation, logistical support for The First Year Seminar for undergraduate students, the Social Justice Study Away Program, College and Career Lab, and the Scholar-in-Residence Program. Develop marketing plans and promotional content for in-person, print, and online delivery. Communicate with and advise faculty, staff, students, and institutional partners regarding recruitment, budgeting, pedagogy, planning, and safety/security. Manage and troubleshoot day-to-day administrative functions to meet departmental needs and contribute to the development of new programs, policies, and procedures that further the School’s mission and innovate programming. Report to the Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Belonging, support the Vice Dean of Research and Equity, and support the overall development and execution of Diversity, Equity, and Belonging programs.

Qualifications
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $62,400.00 to USD $65,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
