TEKsystems Administrative Assistant in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Description:

  • Supporting a team of approximately 10-12 employees in Annuity New Business (Operations team)

  • Responsible for administrative tasks that come with supporting employees (team meetings, 1 on 1s, time card reviews and approvals, coordinating access and system equipment)

  • Will collaborate will the department’s managers for any special projects or assignments (but only projects related to our department’s scope)

  • Will report to the director of New Business & Premium

  • We will provide onboarding and coaching of the new consultant supervisor

  • We will provide 1-on-1 meetings each week between the Director of New Business & Premium (me) and the new consultant supervisor

  • Required to work in-office for minimum of 3 business days per week

  • Highly recommend and encourage that the first two weeks are fully in-person at 5 days per week, if possible.

  • HS Diploma minimum

  • 5+ years of Administrative Lead
