Position title: Financial Analyst - Parker

Your Role & Team in a Nutshell

As a Financial Analyst, you will support the finance and brand management teams in the new product development process, product profitability analysis, and monthly P&L forecasting and reporting for the Parker, Waterman, rOtring brands.

You will have a direct impact on management's decision-making processes through consolidating and analysing a large amount of financial data.

You will be a part of a small finance team, cooperating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, pricing and other finance teams spread across regions.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Work on large amount of data coming from multiple sources with a goal to consolidate, analyse and summarise key takeaways and insights using MS Excel, PowerBi , SAP, Hyperion and Anaplan.

• Product Development Support : Oversee financial aspects of new product development, including approval stages, financial projections, and lifecycle management, along with conducting postmortem analyses.

• Brand Marketing Assistance : Aid the Senior Manager in creating brand corporate deliverables, such as monthly updates, annual plans, and bi-annual reviews.

• Financial Analysis : Analyse sales and profitability trends across the brand’s product range and customer base.

• Performance Reporting : Provide the leadership team with regular updates on business results, year-to-date performance, and innovation vitality.

• Strategic Partnership : Act as a finance partner within the cross-functional leadership team, contributing to brands strategies and decision-making.

What You’ll Need

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

• Demonstrated combined experience in finance/accounting or FP&A roles in FMCG or Consumer Packaged Goods sector

• Good command of MS Office with advanced Excel skills

• Experience building financial dashboards, P&L planning and reporting tools in MS Excel

• Fluent in English (written & spoken)

• Knowledge of MS Power BI or willingness to learn
