Job Requirements

• Handling poultice buck: 52 rolls (12 kg each) per hour per line

• Handling bailer: 52 rolls (12 kg each) per hour per line Support of a steady improvement of maintenance methods

• Precise measuring of fibres

• Manual weight adaption by reducing or adding fibres (if necessary)

• Lifting flat bags on a baler (26 per hour per line)

• Handling lifting tool

• Labelling bales

• Exact sampling of fibres

• Wrapping and packing pallets in compliance with valid regulations

• Cleansing of workplace

• Informing boss about changes of power or quality

• Handling and setting of plastic wrap machine

• Handling of welding tool

• Labelling of pallets

• Transport of finished pallets (appr. 20 pallets per shift)

• Visual inspection of micro glass fibres for impurities
