Overview

In this analyst position on the Payment Services Team, you will assist in both fraud and funds management for our cashless customers within the gaming industry. Reports directly to Manager, Payment Services.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for fraud and funds management including but not limited to learning system functionality, identifying and recommending appropriate changes to mitigate risk, and improve payment efficiencies, customer settlements and reconciliation

· Perform operational tasks detailed by policies and procedures related to funds reconciliation, customer settlement, bank account management and fraud management

· Conduct in-depth data analysis, validation, and investigation as needed using multiple systems, consolidating data, and manually manipulating large sets of data

· Compile reports and gather KPI data to keep management informed of activities, such as the nature and status of investigations in progress

· Reconcile payment processors’ cashless reported sales to internal systems and bank accounts, investigating with third party payment service providers and/or IGT internal technology departments on discrepancies as necessary

· Creating daily, weekly, and monthly settlement statements to applicable customers for cashless activity

· Prepare wire transfer requests utilizing internal control processes

· Monitoring player accounts including funds transfers, account privileges, payment requests etc.

· Responding to and disputing potential chargeback transactions, reporting and tracking dispute resolution

· Support a variety of account and payment administration tasks relating to daily finance and client support queries

· Maintain customer relationship by providing support and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner

· Incident management and escalation in accordance with established policies and procedures

· Generate ad-hoc reports as required in a timely and accurate manner

· Additional duties as required

Work Location:

This is a hybrid role based in our Las Vegas, NV office with the expectation of being onsite 2-3 days per week.

Requirements

· 3+ years of analysis experience desired

· Holds a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Management) or equivalent experience

· Self-leadership, an entrepreneurial spirit and ready to hit the ground running

· Ability to multi-task and self-prioritize to ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand business needs and interact at all levels of the business

· Personal energy to proactively address situations and adopt a positive approach, resilience in front of change and obstacles

· A team player who enjoys researching and troubleshooting with an innovative and self-sufficient outlook

· Highly analytical thinker, proactive problem solver, expected to present problems and solutions simultaneously

· Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation and reporting tools

· Strong written and presentation skills

· Understand the unique qualities to work in a small independent team

· Must pass criminal and credit background checks

· Must be able to obtain a gaming license

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,000-$101,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
