What the day will look like

• Supporting the Global Finance community through resolving technical issues for Finance Systems

• Delivering and developing the monthly management reporting using Power BI

• Supporting the design and deployment of new functionalities, deliver clear and comprehensive technical end-user trainings

• Executing and documenting UAT testing during system upgrades and new projects

• Liaising with all internal Finance stakeholders and the IT support teams

  .

  Skills and experience that will lead to success

• English level: C1

• 2 years of experience in Financial SSC/BPO

• Very good command of Office 365

• Experience in Project Management would be an asset

• Highly motivated and proactive, with good verbal/written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

• Experience in Trintech Cadency suite would be beneficial
