[Systems Operations Controller [Powder River Energy Corp. (PRECorp) is a member-owned electric cooperative serving five counties in northeast Wyoming with residential and commercial electric service. PRECorp is accepting applications for a [Systems Operations Controller [position. The location would be in our Gillette, WY location. [The System Operations Coordinator will provide customer service, clerical, budgetary, and administrative support for the department including the coordination and documentation of field work activities. The position will utilize systems such as dispatch, SCADA, iVUE, work management, outage management, and endpoint data collection. ]{arial=""}]{arial=""}]{arial=""}]{arial=""}]{arial=""}

1. General knowledge of power utility system components and operational principles is required.
2. Demonstrated experience operating complex computer software in an efficient manner. Must be a self starter who can learn software systems with limited support and guidance.
3. Demonstrated strong and reliable work ethic and the proven ability to work under limited supervision and at times, considerable stress. Ability to organize work to meet deadlines.
4. Requires the ability to understand and follow standard office procedures and instructions, keep routine records, operate general office equipment, including a computer terminal, to input and obtain information.
5. Ability to communicate utilizing a two-way radio.
6. Proven ability to work positively with co-workers and maintain good working relations between departments.

[High School education or equivalent. Two (2) years of work experience with public and customer contact within a professional business setting required. Must demonstrate ability to provide exemplary customer service.
