ManpowerGroup Collection Department Manager in Evansville, Indiana

Our client, in the collections industry, is seeking a Collection Department Manager to join their team. As a Collection Department Manager, you will lead the team of recovery specialists in the professional and compliant collection of past-due accounts receivable. The successful candidate will be responsible for training, coaching, overseeing team performance, and developing and implementing effective collection processes. Maintaining expertise in industry compliance standards such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Graham Leach Bliley Act (GLBA), and the Healthcare Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) is essential.

Pay Range:$25+
