Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Detroit, Michigan and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do Manage information technology projects including software advisory and implementation services to help bring world class Supply Chain network capabilities, operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability; design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Conduct business alignment/requirement workshops to review current state supply chain processes, documenting key gaps and pain points, evaluating technology options, and validating final functional and technical requirements. Manage the creation of walkthrough as-is and to-be process maps, confirming future state landscape and architecture, and translating the requirements into project designs. Interface directly with client stakeholders in process workshops during the design process to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents. Manage aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. • 50% Travel required nationally • Telecommuting permitted • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following: • Leveraging International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR), Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and SAP Best Practices to manage software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Pharmaceutical and Discrete Manufacturing industries; • Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applications in the client's landscape leveraging Dell Boomi, SAP Process Integration (PI), and Product Data Management Integration (PDMI); • Managing large-scale SAP S/4 HANA for PLM and MDM implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations; • Managing and performing system configuration to automate business processes for strategic sourcing, contracts lifecycle management and digitization, procurement and invoicing automation, supplier onboarding and risk management, utilizing PLM modules including SAP Recipe Management (PLM-RM), Enterprise Product Development (EPD), CAD Integrations, MDM, and Project and Portfolio Management (PPM); • Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing Business Process Management (BPM), Microsoft (MS) Visio, and PowerPoint; • Managing Functional Unit and System Integration (SIT) testing utilizing
