Description We are seeking a Sr. Accountant to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This position will focus on maintaining the financial health of our organization by completing a variety of accounting tasks. The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for tasks such as account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliation, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.

• Handle bank reconciliations to confirm all transactions align between the organization's financial statements and the bank's statements.

• Maintain the general ledger, reviewing for accuracy and identifying discrepancies.

• Prepare journal entries and synthesize complex financial data for reporting purposes.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and analyze financial data.

• Perform month-end close procedures, ensuring all ledgers are closed timely and accurately.

• Operate NetSuite and Oracle for various accounting operations.

• Utilize SAP for efficient management of business operations and customer relations.

• Develop and implement NetSuite CRM and NetSuite Development solutions.

• Conduct NetSuite Saved Search to efficiently manage and search data. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations

• Experience in managing General Ledger and Journal Entries

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for financial data management and analysis

• Experience in Month End Close procedures and ensuring accuracy of financial data

• Familiarity with NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, and other financial software for optimal business operations

• Experience in NetSuite CRM and NetSuite Development for a streamlined financial workflow

• Ability to create and manage Netsuite Saved Searches for easy access to relevant data

• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Professional certification such as CPA is a plus.
