The Commercial Pharmaceutical Manufacturing organization is responsible for commercial drug product manufacturing, including knowledge transfer to Contract Manufacturing Organizations to meet Gilead’s technical, regulatory and compliance standards, in order to ensure a sustainable delivery of quality product to the patients.

Knowledge:

Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities demonstrated with both internal and external stakeholders.

Robust computer proficiency coupled with exceptional organizational capabilities.

Skilled in operating both PC and MAC platforms, proficient in MS Office, and adept with graphic design software.

Possesses comprehensive understanding of FDA cGMP standards and regulatory guidance materials.

Specific education and experience requirements:

Relevant professional background combined with a bachelor’s degree (BS or BA).

Relevant professional background along with a master’s degree (MS).

Previous experience in a related industry is beneficial.

Specific job responsibilities:

Collaborates closely with Regulatory, Legal, Graphic Designers, Package Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Materials Management to achieve project objectives, ensuring a seamless flow of commercial product supply.

Contributes to the successful execution of operational projects by engaging both internal and external stakeholders.

Oversees moderately intricate processes across various departments and fosters effective communication within the team to adhere to product labelling implementation timelines.

Prepares labelling change control documents to facilitate prompt approval of new or updated labelling artwork in coordination with multiple teams.

Manages the scheduling of labelling tasks and organizes regular meetings. Identifies areas for enhancement and devises systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize labelling operations.

Supports or coordinates the development of label and carton prototypes for regulatory purposes, ensuring thorough review and approval.
