Are you a customer services wiz in the financial services and/or Insurance vertical? Are you tech saavy and comfortable taking inboud and outbourd calls to help your customers? Candidates with experience with investments (Mutual funds, Annuities etc) will be considered first. responsibilities:

  • This role will join our Digital Adoption Team responsible for handling both inbound and outbound plan sponsor inquiries related to adoption of the Plan Sponsor website. Plan Sponsors will contact us either via email or through the Technical Support Line to ask questions or seek assistance with using the self service features within the website such as our FastPay Payroll System or Task Center. Resolution of technical issues will be required handling inquiries such as troubleshooting login issues or helping with general navigation.

  • This role will also make outbound proactive calls to plan sponsors who have not yet taken steps to adopt the self service features. We are asking plan sponsors to adopt these new tools by a certain date and will need this team to proactively reach out in order to offer assistance and communicate next steps to plans that have not yet responded.

  • Additionally, this role will be responsible for processing inbound web access forms received in our workflow system. The inbound web access forms will require access to establish the proper web roles and enable the features for each plan upon receipt of the form in good order. This work may also entail calling the plan contacts to resolve any issues with the form requests.

qualifications:

  • Experience level: Entry Level

  • Minimum 1 year of experience

  • Education: High School
