Production Operator

Essity Manufacturing Professional Hygiene North America is currently hiring Production Operators at our tissue manufacturing facility in Barton/Cherokee, AL.

What You Will Do

• Operate several types of machinery;
• Operate lift trucks;
• Work with basic computer systems;
• Conduct basic maintenance on machinery.

Who You Are

• Must be able to work rotating shift schedule including weekends;
• Basic math skills;
• Ability to analyze data;
• Mechanical aptitude;
• Communication and interpersonal skills;
• Safety awareness;
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Complex problem solving skills;
• Ability to work in a team-based work setting;
• Must have ability to pass written assessment, pre-placement physical, drug screen, and background check.
